OUR STORY

The story of Hamstr. Ball is one of love, support and innovation - designed by Scott and Greg (aged 39 and 42), two socially-conscious entrepreneurs, fathers, and husbands, for the protection of the women most dear to them.

The idea of Hamstr. Ball emerged one afternoon when Greg and Scott discovered they had similar safety concerns for their daughters when walking in public areas. Knowing they could not eliminate all danger for women, they decided to do the next best thing: to create something that would eliminate the safety concerns women have when out in public spaces. By wearing a protective and insulated human-sized ball, women can now feel safe and secure.

Since our humble beginnings, Hamstr. has become a wild success. Thanks to a lightweight, flexible feel and premium design, our customers report a sense of ease when out and about in their Hamstr. Ball - whether they are walking home alone at night or going for a stroll in the afternoon.
